deductions/overdrauft/system unavailable

dear FNB what is happing to your service!!!! everyday money gets deducted for fees! i dont have overdrauft on my aco**** but you let the things go off that has been paid for a week earlier, if you dont let the card payments go off or reserve them as you always dit i will close my account!!!! and i need to fica, you give the option for online but then you are always "system unavailable" so how do you have it available but is always unavailable??
