Deductions from my account

In December and January CREDIT LIFE deductions were made from my FNB account. I have made at least ten calls trying to find out who this company is and to get the deductions stopped and reversed.I have been told that it is an FNB insurance product but if you call the FNB brokers they cannot help.<br> <br> I have emailed and spoken to Business Client Services (I am a Premier/Platinum client), a Senior Business Manager etc etc etc. No-one gets back to me, no-one can put me through to the correct person to speak to or even the correct company.<br> <br> Absolutely appalling service FNB!!!
