Deductions from fnb loans

I made payment arrangements telephonically and via email with the legal firm of fnb as i no longer can afford the payments on the two loans. For the past two months fnb itself have been transferring between 700 to 3000 from my account leaving me with absolutely nothing and also not considering my home loan, what do i do as i have reported this to fnbs loan department telephonically and via email but the agent hasn't gotten back to me and said has indicated telephonically that there's nothing she can do if I don't send proof she still has not and my bond account is now in arrears thereof and other things I need to pay. I can also to to court for this indicating that the loan they gave was reckless granting as they should have checked my credit record first
