Deductions from a foreign t 457" ****. What is that!!!

I had been expecting funds to be paid into my account and every time I kept checking there was a deduction "declined foreign t 457" ****. The moment the funds were paid into my account - a chunk of my money was deducted by this foreign t 457" ****.. How do I get my money back and stop these deductions!!!! Extremely frustrating from a bank that has been reputable for years and is now turning into *****ster
