Deductions for no reason

I took out a loan with FNB in September 2017 and took the option to pay back within 6 months. I was told end of September no deduction will be made but to my surprise they deducted, I left this thinking its no train smash just means my loan will be finish a month earlier than I thought. Every month my debit order would go off and the end of February 2018 would be the last of the debit. When checking my accounts I see that FNB has decided they now going to add on an extra 3 months?????? The loan has been paid up and yet you, FNB decide no lets milk this for another three months. I guarantee you if you as much as deduct a R50.00 out of my account for the loan I will be taking legal action.

Then my second complaint is that I have a credit card through FNB as well which every month I put money onto for as long as I have the card not once has a month gone by that I did not pay my credit card. At the end of February (Keeping in mind February only has 28 days) I made my transfer of payment on the 1st of March as my pay date is only the 28th of each month, which FNB can see as my salary gets paid into my cheque account, does FNB not decide to debit my cheque account also on the 1 March. When I called in to query as to why they did this as I already made a payment, the useless contact centre agent replies "mam credit cards need to be paid three days befor the 1st of each month"(this is done every other month from my side but this was a first I heard it needs to be paid 3 days prior to the 1st) when I spoke in simple English that a grade 2 child would understand she kept repeating that same useless line. How am I to make a payment three days before the 1st of March if my pay date is the 28 and February only has 28 days meaning I got paid on the very last day of the month? I simply cant see that FNB cannot do simple maths. Please if you have some magic way of paying three days prior given you have not even received your salary yet, please let me know as I would like to make use of this magic.

I am still waiting on someone to give me a call regarding my complaint I logged on Friday, today Monday the 5th March I received a miss call from an 087 number which I googled and saw was a FNB number. I then get an email to rate the service I received from Onica Langa but no-one has spoken to me?? how does this work your agents give miss calls as a way of resolving queries???????????

Totally ****ed off with FNB and highly thinking of changing banks.
