Deduction without my consent

The bank deducted money (R5300.00) from my account without my consent last month, January 26/27. When i went phoned the bank i was told that the money was for the credit card that I'm owing and the bank has the right to deduct money from my cheque account without my permission at any point in time and that this account was even closed. i asked for confirmation, to date it has not come. When i asked why was i not notified of this, i could not get any explanation. I explained that i acknowledge that i owe the credit card and i am trying to pay it off little by little and in fact had arrangement with MBD. They also told me that i will not get the money back.<br> Then today R8600 was deucted, I can't even pay rent let alone food and school fees.<br> With service like this, My 15 year marriage with fnb is about to collapse<br> I phoned in, they've since promised to get back to me
