Deduction requests a joke

I have send countless mails to them stating retrenchments. Even send the actual letter but still the account goes into arrears, i have asked them to do deductions etc on last day of month now yet again the next deduction is on the 23rd...i dont know why they even ask when you want deductions to go off when they do whatever they want anyway.
