Deduction dates on monthly account fees and interest

This is unacceptable I have phoned FNB numerous times asking the consultants to please update my deduction dates for FNB I even received a mail stating that it has been done but when I look on my account then the dates is still the same I asked them to change the date they deduct the interest fees and my monthly account fees to the end of the month yet it stil goes down in the middle of the month when there is not enough money in my account to pay the account fees with all the interest that is being deducted causing my account to end up in a minus that lead to a bad credit score and then when I want to move my insurance and vehicle finance to FNB I cant because my credit score looks bad, how many times must I waste my airtime, time, money to get FNB to change the deduction dates at this point of stage I feel like leaving FNB and go to another bank that I know will not waste my time like this
