Deducting there own money
I have opened a savings account and requested my cheque account to be closed and still up to date fnb is deducting from that account I will not pay as I requsted it to be closed as I no longer needed the account. Please inform FNB to stop deducting money every month as the account is non void even the card has been canceled. Account nom:*** already -R3029.00 and climbing

02 Apr 2021, 07:36Just goes to show how useless FNB really is its been over a month since I reported this and still nothing has been done? If its up to me I will move banks but unfortunately I have to stay with FNB for work purpose.
