Deducting penalty fees on top of their fees

If could give you 0 stars I would. I have just logged into my cheque account and i am absolutely DISGUSTED with FNB. I have not been able to work during COVID-19 and to date, you have charged me up to R1800 in penalty payments. I have made arrangements for all my loans with the FNB lawyers to pay off the arrears, but because you try to take off the loan every month (when NO MONEY HAS BEEN COMING INTO THE ACCOUNT), I now have a deficit of R1800. Added to this, i have cancelled my law on call and burial 3 times, but with NO FEEDBACK from FNB and then I get penalised for that too. How do you expect me to pay for this when I have NO income? I am a photographer and I have not been able to work AT ALL. I have lost my home and have had to move with my family back into a 1 bedroom in my sister's place. I am beyond stressed and then I see that I owe FNB R1800 for fees they are incurring themselves. I want this matter sorted out IMMEDIATELY. I cannot deal with the additional stress on my mental health.
