Deducting monies without my consent

Fnb deducted arrears anount from my account without my consent.

I was on maternity leave for 4 months this year without any payment and my husband lost his job 3 weeks before the birth of our child and therefore i was not able to make payment to the loan accounts. The attorneys contacted me and I made an arrangement with them to pay the amount owing back, starting with R200 per loan account (R600 in total for 3 loan accounts) and then yesterdag FNB deducted 4x debit orders out of my account. Stating that it is the normal debit order on the loans and also a R4k for arrears amount. A total of R7k was deducted and now I have no more salary left for the month till the end of January. I need to buy nappies and formula milk for my 6month old baby and FNB do not give a **** about me. Been on the phone for more the a hour today and the lady said that FNB do not give a **** and the money will not be refunded. I dont want to run away from my loan repayments but I made an arrangement with attorneys to repay the loans but FNB dont care about that. So why did the attorneys contact me in the first place??? After paying of my loans I WILL DEFINITLY CLOSE MY FNB ACCOUNT.
