Deducting funds after instruction was given tostop

Last year December 2015 I was placed under Debt Review.
All credit providers were contacted by my debt counsellors to cancel all debit orders immediately.
After all debit orders were cancelled even my FNB credit card debit order was cancelled, but my revolving credit loan carries on till this day on deducting even after a agreement has been reached between all parties concerned. Now they are trying to pass the buck by saying that I have not cancelled it, but debt review has cancelled it on my behalf according to all documents FNB has already received.

Any contact made with FNB by myself just ends in some useless new number to call or any email sent they just hide behind a form I have to sign even after debt review has sent documentation to cancel it.

Expected more customer service than this FNB.
