DEDUCTED MONEY FOR FUNERAL POLICY.

On 1march 2025 I went to the closet fnb branch to cancel a funeral cover then they sent me a message that the funeral cover has been canceled on the following week which was 8 March 2025 they deducted R257 from my account for funeral policy whichi had already canceled i went to the bank to report the matter the lady who I was on the call with told me that they will reverse the money 7 to 10 working days it's been two months now since I haven't received my money I just fail to understand how do they deduct money for the policy which I had already canceled im just not happy about their service cause I ddnt know that banking with they would be a problem since FNB is one the biggest company and I don't know why they would take such a long time to reverse that amount of money
