Deducted Money

I bank with FNB, on the 29th of September 2023 an amount of R200 was deducted in my account, when I enquire they told me that the bank paid for me an item, which I don't even know about, I tried to call them I waited on the line until my airtime was finished. Anyone with the same experience?
