DEDUCT MONEY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION - FNB LIFE

I had a transaction from FNB Life go off my account and am told this is related to my credit card. I have NEVER had this go off my account before NOR did i agree to such amount being deducted. The consultant tells me he is 100% sure that this amount has gone off my account previously and i must look on my previous statements. Guess what? NO SUCH AMT OR FNB LIFE SHOWS ANYWHERE ON MY STATEMENTS. FNB you are very close to losing a customer today. I dont have the time for this
