Deduct money without my concent

I have been communicating since July 2016 with Personal loans who is deducting monies off my account without my consent!!!

I am not running away with FNB loans money! I was unemployed for 9 months and tried to make payments with alot of struggle. I am employed since June 2016 and made arrangements with the bank to pay off my arrears amount and settle the arrears amount end of Dec 2016. Due to my small but thank God for a wonderful job salary I am paying my arrangement timeously as arranged on the 26 of each month but Fnb personal loans deduct the full arrears amount without my concent because I am at work and not allowed to take calls and then just take the arrears of my account cause they can not get hold of me!!! Why are they trying to get hold of me if I have an arrangement in writing and they have numerious recordings of the arrangement made that I will pay off the arrears amount R300 on 26 of each month untill end Nov 2016 and then I will settle the outstanding arrears amount end Dec 2016!!! And continue my monthly installment which I agreed to be debited off my account on the 1st of each month.

Another debit order which is my monthly installment will also go off today R2 335.71? I then will not have enough money in my account for other debit orders to go off!!!

This is SO wrong from FNB to take clients money into their own hands by deducting as pleases without the concent of the client no matter if a client has take the time to make arragements which they keep with FNB Loans!

This is Sharzest to further my complaint which seems that FNB Personal Loans still did not sort the issue (I did receive a phone call from a Jacky 2 Dec 2016 round about 10:06 due to my complaint on Hello Peter who listened to my issue and said she is sorting this problem out for me and that my debit order will go off on the 1st of every month from next month).

But this is the email I received from FNB Personal Loans this morning and the whole matter is back to square one:

Good day Miss Sharon Pienaar,

Thank you for your e-mail.

Please note that the amount that was debited from your account is R 1215.72 to cover arrears, kindly note that we are unable to debit your monthly instalments due to the stop payment that is placed on your account.

Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact our Collections department on ********** .

Kind Regards,

Joyce Lepele
