Deduct loan instalment twice AND the wrong amount
FNB gave me Covid Cash flow relief loan - I received an agreement stating an instalment amount, September they deducted an instalment TWICE and both times more than the instalment amount on the agreement received. I have sent e-mails spoken to agents on my FNB app and still no feedback or outcome received? I am waiting for them to help me?
