Declining card swipes yet debiting customr account

My purchase in shop rite was declined twice at the till yet my accont was debitted twice.Shoprite refered me to FNB, I went to the nearest FNB on govan Mbeki and han**** rd P.E whostill said I should go to my branch in Greenacres coz they cant help.I went to greenacres and was told that the money was suspending i must fill in forms for a revesal and wait 5 working days.Okay I decided to be patient so i did that.<br> My frustration comes when 2 days later i went to swipe a school fees payment at Victoria park high school adn my card was declined again twice.THE EMBARASSMENT<br> To my surprise on entry went through and deducted my balance on the phone but on the school machine it appeared as declined.<br> The school said they would confirm the next day on their statement but trully it did not go through on their statement.So<br> I went to green acres again and was told \OH YES THE MONEY IS SUSPENDING I MUST DO A REVERSAL THAT WILL TAKE FIVE DAYS''<br> AGAIN
