Declined Transactions

Since April 2020 I have not been using my FNB bank card but I’ve recieved numerous notifications of declined transactions which has been putting my account in arrears of over R300 which I’m not happy about. Transaction shows “Declined Foreign T 45789*, what should I do or who do I contact?
