Declined transaction while there's funds in account

If there was ever a time a bank tested my patience it's definitely the past 2 days. The bank keeps declining my debit order and then CHARGING me for a BOUNCED debit order while there's funds in my account. Then they send me a message saying decline due to insufficient funds. I'm so irritated because I need to pay for my wifi as I work from home but now I cannot work because I haven't had connectivity for 2 days straight
