Declined transaction deducted

On Friday 28 November i refulled at Engen Garage. I paid with my card, the transaction declined a few times. It then declined a 3rd time but the money went out of my account but not into the garage Bank account. I was told that the money would reverse back into my account but it has still not reversed and the garage are now pushing me to come and pay.

Even the assistant named Precious on the Chaat via the FNB app arent very helpful. Whats the point of this service then?

I switched from Capitec to FNB but now i am not getting any joy from FNB.
