"Declined Purch Transaction"

I keep getting "Declined Purch Transaction" almost every single day for the past one month and it charges me R8.00. I haven't subscribe to anything online. I called the call center only to be left on hold for 20 minutes forcing me to hang up. FNB what's going on??
