Declined purch trans fees

I have a purch trans which is declining on my account every month.Every month fnb will charge me for transaction declined fees which is R8.50 you find out that it will decline 4 to 5 times every month. l dont try to purchase anything without funds in my account.Canyou please attend to this ,ts been a couple of months facing the same problem
