DECLINED PURCH TRA 400974*2495

I recently noticed these debit orders I know nothing of from my account. it's just written declined purch tra 400974*2495 and it's R8.50 per transaction, it also happens several times a day (max six times). Please help, I am scared of depositing large amounts of money now because of this issue
