Declined on lies.

I just tried to apply for a cheque account and a credit card with my bank. FNB. I was declined because apparently I have been missing payments at Transunion on my credit report. Bull****. Please Could you read my credit report. I don't know how you can put someone's character in the **** based on lies.

Dear Ms Bromilow I just checked why the FNB Credit Card account declined, The decline reasons are your number of bureau inquiries, your risk category and it is picking up the existing credit card number so it is saying you have an existing card. You currently have 35 bureau inquiries for credit in the last 6 months. You can request a reassesment. You can send your ID and 3 months payslips to ********** Your application number is 18 ********** 32729 Kind regards Mariska Rossouw | Client Experience Centre | Consumer Segment 8th Floor, FNB Place, 30 Diagonal Street, Johannesburg, 2001 | Tel: (087) ********** First National Bank - a division of FirstRand Bank Limited. So yesterday I phoned Fnb to make sure everything was in order with my cheque account. Yes they said and the card was ordered. I go to the bank today. Oh my God. I now owe an amount on my 10 year old cheque account and they want proof that it was paid. Ten years ago must I get this proof from the cosmos. I find it quite amusing that fnb can't seem to find their ass from their fingers. So what now fnb because after all it is a prescribed account. I think that the word prescribed should be in capital's because fnb does not seem to know what that means. Do I now have to wait another 3 months to sort this out. For the love of God. Use the brain's God gave you and not your computer's prossesor. Help me.

So I can take my case to court. FNB not wiping out prescribed accounts. And come to think of it I was nearly taken for an idiot by been told by the teller at my fnb branch to contact the very same attorneys the account was handed over to.

Hello. I don't mean to be a nag. But I am sure you heard the rumor from hellopeter that I am a credit risk. Because I have a prescribed account from over 10 years ago. My Easy account shows that that is inaccurate. And I have never missed a payment with Transunion. Is this going to be fnbs way of dealing with people who have been in debt to you. That is soulless. Is this what life has become. Nobody gets a chance too proove their worth. I am far from a credit risk. Then I was very badly manipulated into trying to sign an avadavid saying yes I owe you and I will pay you. Would you not be insulated. I'm not asking fnb for the holy grail. A cheque account. An overdraft of maybe R5000. A credit card with maybe R15000 credit. I have had an easy account with Fnb long enough to proove I am credit worthy. I chose Fnb year's ago. I came back and chose fnb again. But how you have changed. Nicole Bromilow Show quoted text
