Declined homeloan application

I applined for a homeloan through FNB and they 'provisionally' approved it, pending property valuation.

A few days later they came back to me, declining it due to the R14, 000 that I had used on my credit card for my current house maintenance (which was on the market to be sold) they stated that I now had a monthly deficit of R400 which affects my affordability.

I wrote in response to that decline, stating that:

1. the R14 000 was temporarily for renovations and it will be paid up by the end of the month as that house was due for sale

2. they are declining stating a deficit of R400 while I am currently making an overpayment to the same homeloan department of R3, 500

But FNB did not bother to respond.

Now that one of my houses is sold, I paid R100, 000 into one of my existing homeloan accounts and paid up my credit card, currently with a credit balance of R3000, but Fazila Mohamed is still declining my new application, of a different property , stating that IT IS A DUPLICATE and I must apply 3 months later.
