Declined foreign transactions are putting me into debt!

I have been getting declined foreign transactions billed on my card for the past year ,I cancelled my first bank account because of this and now it’s happening again ,I do not have any subscriptions that I pay for so I don’t understand why am I being billed R8.50 on a daily basis at least 4 - 5 times everyday. FNB please help!!!
