Declined Foreign Transaction ****

For months I've had multiple foreign declined T 479012*2744 transactions. Yesterday it happened 4 times, on the 17th of May 3 times and on the 16th of May twice, was deducted on the 15th and 14th as well. This has been going on for months! My account is in arrears and I keep getting messages to deposit money into my account because of this. Noone can tell me what it is! I'm self employed and are not allowed to work yet, I don't have money to lose on some unexplainable transaction. I am extremely annoyed and want it fixed!
