Declined foreign transaction

I’m really not happy with this bank, I opened an account with them just over 2 months ago and since then I’ve been incurring some fees “declined foreign T457”. This happens multiple times in a day even when there is money in the account. I keep incurringthese charges that I don’t know what they are for. At this point I’m ****ed as it keeps getting higher for no good reason, and I’m considering closing this account as this is not good customer care.
