Declined Foreign T457896*8279

I am really frustrated write now as i have been using FNB for a long time, there is a transaction that i don't understand on my account of Foreign Decline T45789*8279 that is going off more that five times a day and its took my money for a long time without noticing and decided to use other bank as i cant get help, before i stopped using fnb tried to talk to agents they said they don't see it nor knowing what it is...fast forward now i am sitting with -R461 because of this transactions, then i called again i was told its the service fees yet i see their transactions of R20 every month, I'm really frustrated and disgusted because R8.50 its a lot of money that is piling up in my account, i need this corrected i want to use my account again.
