Declined foreign T457 of 8.50

Declined foreign T457 transaction of 8.50 is really starting to get over my nerves. FNB is consistently deducting money from my account without my acknowledgement without any explanation as to why it is doing so. This is really a serious problem and i'm definitely ****ed.
