Declined Foreign T457

FNB can ruin your day. Everything from their online banking app to them charging you when their machine swallows your card is ridiculous. FNB was really a credible and reliable bank in then, but I cannot say that today. Everything they do is bad, and it is like you are in business with a ***********. I tried to withdraw money from my PayPal account. Now I got this 'Declined Foreign T457'. 6 times charging me R8.50 for every attempt. Now I have to pay for that. I am getting tired of now with FNB. I need an explaination.
