declined foreign T412
I've been receiving multiple 'declined foreign T412' transactions of 8.50. I see, I've been getting them for months. Is this a ****? A quick Google search shows I'm not the only one. Many people have been getting this problem and it seems to be a FNB problem. I would like to know what this is FNB
