Declined foreign T145

For staters the funeral polisy on my account has not been canceled, after i have been into FNB for juat that reason. Now the newest thing is this message that i get everday thay says Declined foreign T145 or something, this by the way is costing me R8. 50 everyday. My account thanks ka to FNB is now at almost - R100 and i have no idea what that money i now OWE FNB was taken for in the first place and also i did not give any permission to FNB to take this money. I am 29 years old and unemployed and i bately make ends meat, now i have debt!!
