Declined Foreign T??????

My account has been deducted with a R8.50 for the past few weeks!

Why and for what i dont know... it keeps showing declined foreign T.

Can anyone form FNB tell me what is going on??????

Also I opened a business bank account, the lady stated that it is free as well as the courier of the card. my bank app showes that the process will cost a R200. Can I get clarity on this.
