Declined Foreign T 457896*588

Here I am, once again, with the same grievance as last month. FNB sent me an email saying the're refunding me as a FAVOUR for all the charges from unsuccessful Foreign 457896*588 debits. I've asked them what it is, I've asked them to block it and I've had no response. Every 'decline' is costing R115 and I've got 9 of them on my account between now and Christmas.

FNB please explain to myself and the many other unsatisfied clients, who or what is Foreign T??? Why are you ignoring my emails?
