DECLINED FOREIGN T 457896-****?

I am extremely annoyed by FNB there has been amounts charged on my account where transactions are made 4 times a day, due to this I am incurring charges and the amount is now ridiculously high.

I have no idea why I am being charged this amount and I would like these transactions to STOP ASAP.
