Declined foreign T 457

Declined foreign T 457 keeps on deducting from my account for no Reason from the 22nd April - 25th of April 2025 i have no dept on this card i only transfer money to this account for my wife when i am gone for work, each month its something new that goes of and my account fee is R69 as this is sepose to be a savings only
