Declined Foreign T 457

I have been receiving this forever, I see it's a problem everywhere and it's very annoying. My amounts keep jumping off the roof. I'm at -50 in 5 minutes. Please sort this OUT! Its such a recurring bug you'd think it'd be done by now.
