Declined Foreign T 457

I've been receiving weird deductions on my account that I haven't been told about, especially one called 'Declined Foreign T 457'. I was told it's a PayPal account charge but I'm not registered with PayPal. This is one of the many issues I have with fnb and I regret choosing it as my first bank
