Declined foreign t 457"****

I opened a savings account at FNB about 2 years ago and since then I keep getting these declined foreign t 457" in my account for no reason and I feel like FNB is ****ming people. I am a student and I depend on my bursary but I can't use my money efficiently if my bank account stays on a negative balance every month. I do not recommend FNB to anybody.
