Declined Foreign T 457

I am so sick and tired of FNB account, I constantly receiving a notification of a 'Declined Foreign T 457'.

I did not purchase anything, even worse my card has an OTP option for all online purchases, in order to process an online transaction i must put in that OTP pin, yet i keep on receiving a notification of 'Declined Foreign T 457' transaction that i dont even know what that is.

It keep on accumulating charges on my account, there is now 15 of those declines that amounts to R128.

FNB I just can't with you! Now I'm incurring charges for something I have no idea what it is? How can one permanently get rid of this cause it's just ridiculous, honestly!!
