Declined Foreign T

I've had two "declined foreign t 457" transactions that cost me R8.50 each in the past week. This has been going on for quite some time now (Months and months) and this is unacceptable, i haven't said yes to anything ! What is this ? Are you taking hard earned money just because?

This is urgent for me. As i have lots of my money taken for i don't know what reason.
