declined finance

in 2014 january to july i accumalated 48 return deposits due to an unpleasant divorce. since july 2014 to date i have managed my account well. in may 2015 i app**** for vehicle finance through wesbank which was declined, reason, 48 return deposits. i went to see my branch manager and he explained to me that only after 12 months FNB will review my account and if i managed my account well the return deposits will be removed from my profile. the expiry date of the 12 months was on 2015-07-05. today 2015-07-07 i app**** for vehicle finance again, and again my application was declined, reason, 48 return deposits. my branch manager was contacted again and he informed me that he cant see anything negative on my profile and that the problem must be with ITC. ITC was contacted and they informed me that there was nothing against my name from FNB. MY CREDIT SCORE 935 OUT OF 1000. Inquiry made at FNB today with REF NO: Rv*** did not bring any clarity as there was no reply. if FNB can show me what the problem is I will be satisfied.
