Declined charge recurring everyday, even after successful payment

I have a failed transaction that was successful on the 2nd attempt, I have been charged a declined fee everyday for a week now, even though the transaction was successful.

I could not contact anyone through the app, as the "Contact Us" & "Secure Chat" options lead me to blank pages saying "No Messages Available".

After calling for assistance, i was lead back to the app, which yielded the same results, every day this goes unresolved, i get charged ANOTHER fee.
