Decline of Quality Customer service at FNB

Ive been with FNB quite no. of years however for the last year the customer service/support has been so disappointing and has actually made me consider moving to a different bank, on 2 seperate occassion dealing with diff queries and diff agents, no greeting first of all then i get a snippet of a procedure,nobody actually asks me how they can assist,do better FNB
