Decline Foreign T 457896*558 2

Just took a look at my bank fees, and I'm getting charged R115 for every decline over R8. I've got an R8.50 Foreign T 457896*558 2 that's declined six times on my account with no explanation today alone, no scheduled payments or even any of my personal debit orders. In Essence I've just been charged R690(minimum) and that's this month only by FNB with no explanation🤬. I've seen the reviews, I'm not the only one, what is this foreign T? Why is it only when there is a zero balance? Is FNB making money *******ly off its clients? What happened to being a transparent bank for the people? Looks like Africa's most innovative **** right now!
