Decline Foreign T 457896

I have been getting numerous Declined foreign T 457896 debits sapping my account dry over the last few months. Each transaction is costing me R8 and ive had 6 already since last months salary. FNB has not done anything to try and stop these transactions. I have now moved my account and will be moving my debit orders as well.
