“Decline Foreign T”

Good Day

I am writing this with so much frustration,I keep getting messages that say “Declined Foreign T 457…” I have no idea who these people are but I’m getting charged for their failed deductions

This recently startes happening to me,and it happens two or more times in a day

This is really upsetting,Can it please be fixed because I can’t be paying for charges I know nothing about
