Decide if you are a bank or telco

<p>It is clear that one cannot be a Jack of all trades and master them all. But at least, master ONE.</p> <p>I woke-up this morning to a non-existent internet connection. Yes... I decided to go after the "cheapest" telco in the name of FNB Connect as a way to reduce my month-to-month expenses. Cheap, as is evident, doesn't translate to good service.</p> <p>The problem has been persisting for most of the day. Not only that, there is no service at the FNB branches because their systems are down. So, FNB can't operate a telco, a branch... So what exactly are these guys offering? We were subjected to the same disservice just a week ago!</p> <p>I am making my move away from this bank-come-telco.</p>
